MONDAYS

11 am, GYROKINESIS® Class with Francesca, 1 hour

Gyrokinesis classes create functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences, and is practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment.

 

12:15 pm, Virtual Beginning Ballet with Francesca, 1 hour

This beginning level class is designed to develop awareness of alignment and basic ballet vocabulary and technique through the execution of low-impact classical ballet barre exercises, center work, conditioning exercises , and stretching.  

 

 

 

 

​7:30 pm, Stretch Class with Stephanie, 1 hour

We'll breathe and flow through standing stretch sequences to create dynamic flexibility in our joints to ready the body to stretch more deeply and quietly on the mat. 

 

TUESDAYS

7:00 pm, Pilates Props Class with Stephanie, 1 hour

This class will use mindful, intelligent Pilates movement and whatever props we have on hand - a roller, balls, weights, bands, and even a chair - to move, support us, and help us to breathe into the work.

THURSDAYS

9 am, GYROKINESIS® Class with Francesca, 1 hour

​6:30 pm, Pilates Mat Class with Stephanie, 1 hour​

The Pilates Method uses dynamic movement to create core connection, balance, harmony and flow in our body, mind, and spirit. This class gets us down to the mat with only our relationship to gravity as our guide.

FRIDAYS

11 am, Pilates Mat & Stretch Class with Stephanie, 1 hour

We'll begin with the dynamic movement of Pilates to warm up our muscles and grease up our joints, and then we'll finish by sinking into our breath through passive stretching so we walk out taller than we came in.

12:00 pm, Virtual Beginning Ballet with Francesca, 1 hour

This beginning level class is designed to develop awareness of alignment and basic ballet vocabulary and technique through the execution of low-impact classical ballet barre exercises, center work, conditioning exercises, and stretching.

Join SOURCE Studio and Sayezz Pilates & Beyond for a pay-what-you-can virtual class. Pilates, Gyrokinesis, stretch, ballet barre... 

Each class is open to all levels and all kinds of movers. 

What you need: Space to move, a stool (or regular firm chair), and a mat. You also need your electronic device (phone, computer, tablet) to join.
